You could look into Ekanta's UI - which is transparent and a lot smaller. Would make the game a lot funner to observe.Aizamk wrote:Postponing to next weekend is a good idea from my perspective, since I'll have met all my deadlines by next Wednesday, leaving me 2-3 days to make an improved version of the observer UI (and hopefully one which won't OOS. but this hasn't happened in over a month)
There are about 3 options available:
1) Nice looking UI, <100kb map size, >1MB mod file size, slight frame drop every time you update it. Can be made to include techs being researched.
2) Terribad UI, <100kb map size, 100kb mod file size, gives only population and resource info as text (no images)
3) UI which displays exactly same info as in Obz .4, except in a movable window. No in-game music, 500kb map size, 100kb mod file size. Not showing units in queue/on map and instead showing milit/unit pop will cut it down to about 150-200kb per map.
I have work on weekdays and 14GMT is 11pm for me. I cannot play BO11 from 11pm with work on next days so playing on weekdays is impossible.Garja wrote:The main problem of the scheduling on my side is to find a day in which the net is better as possible, meaning the less housemates are at home the better.
Regarding this week I can play tomorrow (thursday) from 13 GMT. On this weekend I change home so I don't have a good net to play with.
On the next week I can play most of days from 14 GMT. Best days should be thursday or friday. Weekend is also good, but I'm not 100% sure of being in this house.
Anyway the window of time in which I would like to start the match is from 14 GMT to 21GMT. I wouldn't go further than that because it's a BO11 and can easily last 3 hours or even more. Also 19 GMT is my dinner time so I would avoid that if possible.
Ok let's plan for the weekend then. I would say saturday at 14 GMT. What about that?Boneng wrote: I have work on weekdays and 14GMT is 11pm for me. I cannot play BO11 from 11pm with work on next days so playing on weekdays is impossible.
Therefore we will have to hope for playing in the weekends
