can't create ESO account

hello, guys I need help how to create ESO account because i tryed create account in game they give error failed create account 101 please visit www.eso.com/101/aspx something like that. I try wach some answer in youtube but nothing find I know some of you playing with ESO account if you can please help me :\.

I have u the same problem and I found the solution. It is enough to use the tool eso:http://agecommunity.com/downloads/AOE3_ ... ry_101.zip
Then launch your game (vanilla) and create news account

I need a product Key :\ that what they ask now..
