Below is PK_Clown fighting on my behalf on my Bell Internet/TV services. I immediately received a call the next day from the Office of the president of Bell, and was refunded for 3 full months of service as an inconvenience and further more half price on my ongoing service.

I have three massive issues.
1. Why the bleep did you guys downgrade my internet from 50 Mbps to 25 Mbps without my permission after I cancelled TV? I have NEVER EVER heard of any company downgrading internet automatically because of TV being cancelled. I don't need TV anymore. I need fast internet. I have been clear with multiple deluded and incompetent retention agents who should be categorically fired.
2. Rogers can offer me 100 Mbps (unlimited) for the same price as 25 Mbps (unlimited). What's wrong with you guys? Why should I pay you $85/mo when I can get FOUR TIMES better speed with Rogers? Are you guys on drugs?
3. I can get Shomi and free hockey streaming with Rogers. What does Bell offer? Inferior internet service at sky-high pricing??
I need the office of the president of Bell to speak for the company and give me some answers. I am tired of idiotic staff. Thanks.
